Fellow Grade

The Fellow Grade of membership is open to those who are at the level in their career where they could be considered to be an Industry expert.

To be considered as a Fellow the individual will have not only taken on senior roles within Service Management but will also have spoken at industry events, had white papers and articles published (if not a book) and they will be recommended by someone of equal or higher standing in the industry - this reference may be provided by a current FISM or by someone else at a senior professional level within Service Managemetn or a closely related industry.

There is a direct mapping with the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) and the Member grade members will map to SFIA levels 6 & 7.
