Membership of the Institute of IT Service Management brings with it a number of benefits which are constantly being reviewed and new benefits being introduced, the following is a list of the key individual benefits :

Recognition of our members' ITSM professional competence and commitment Access to the ISM Mentoring Programme giving members support in their career development Opportunity to contribute to ITSM development related to people topics; e.g. SFIA Attendance at ISM Special Events and the opportunity to share experiences with other members

Within each of those pages you will also find the form to apply for that grade of membership. The document to the left (Application Guidnace) will provide you with the help you may need to complete the forms.
