Strategic Alliances - IBC Information

Finding a consultant that both knows ITSM and knows how to consult can sometimes be difficult. Demonstrating to a potential client that you are such a consultant, self employed or part of a consultancy company, can similarly be difficult sometimes.

Working with the Institute of Business Consulting (IBC), we have established a register for certified ITSM consultants. The criteria for registration are simple but testing.

The person must be both:

A Member or Fellow of the ISM, demonstrating that they have an appropriate level of professional knowledge and experience in ITSMA Certified Management Consultant (CMC), demonstrating that they have appropriate professional competency, skill and experience in providing consultancy services

These combined attributes will afford both consultants and those seeking to employ consultants with a clear and value added differentiator.

Consultant registration and client access to the register are free of charge.
