This area is open to current members of the Institute of IT Service Membership. Information available in this area includes :

CPD Guidance, Mentoring Scheme, Training DiscountsKnowledge Base, Strategic Alliances, Constitution and our Roadmap for Improvment

To review general ISM membership benefits click here , to see specific informatoin about the benefits relating to each different grade please see the relevant pages within the Membership Options menu.

New user procedure (you will need to manually join the website in order to create username and password, this cannot be done for you) :

create a username first by clicking on "Join this site" (see below) and then "Create New User" you will need to complete a few simple questionsthe ISM Webmaster will then validate your membership credentials and confirm your access to you by email

Existing user procedure :

simply login using your username and password which you created (click the login text below)

After you have successfully logged in and your membership has been validated by the ISM Webmaster the full list of menu options under the "Members Only Area" will be visible.
