For members there are four levels of membership dependent upon experience and qualifications. These are :
AssociatePractitionerMemberFellow

If you have qualiications which are not listed within the acceptable qualifications section but that you feel are equivalent then contact iosm@itsmf.co.uk with the details and you will be advised on the suitability.

Existing members may apply to upgrade their membership when they are able to show that they have addressed all of the criteria required for the grade they wish to upgrade to.
