Membership Options

For new members there are five levels of membership dependent upon experience and qualifications. These are :

Associate/RetiredStudentPractitionerMemberFellow

Existing members may apply to upgrade their membership when they are able to show that they have addressed all of the criteria required for the grade they wish to upgrade to.

The ISM also supports organisations who would like to work in partnership with the ISM by their employees becoming members of the Institute of IT Service Management, this is the Organisationally Supported Membership Scheme (OSMS).
