Practitioner Grade

The Practitioner Grade of membership is open to those who are working as a practitioner - those who are actively doing Service Management or some similar activity.

There is a direct mapping with the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) and the Practitioner members will map to SFIA levels 3-5.
